March brings with it cold weather winter crops, like kale, spinach, some lettuces, peas, kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, leeks and early onions, and from southern areas, like Florida and southern Texas, strawberries, oranges, sumatras, grapefruit.

I look forward to your visit. Payment: Cash, only. We have achieved assured produce standards for Top fruit (Apples) on our farm. All our fruit is home grown on our farm and picked fresh every day or if you want you can pick your own. We mainly grow cooking apples but during our open season we have different eaters pears plums etc coming along. If you would like a tour of our orchards we would be only to happy to oblige. This is a family run farm growing strawberries available from our premises,from mid may to late September. please note we are not a pick your own farm.   • Gortnagarn Fruit Farm - soft fruit and vegetables UPDATE August 28, 2007: The phone number sounds like a dead tone. The farm may be closed. Has anyone been by? If so, can you tell me about it.
    Omagh, County Tyrone. Phone: 028 8224 2851. Directions: Approximately three miles from Omagh on the main Gortin road. Signposted. 6 acres of soft fruit and vegetables for PYO with a farm shop. Small children's play area included, farm is easy to find on main road with good car parking. The farm is on a scenic route to History Park and Forest Park .
