What's in season in December 2023, and
other timely information:
December brings with it cold weather winter crops, like kale, spinach,
some lettuces, peas, kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower,
leeks and early onions,
and from southern areas, like Florida and southern Texas,
strawberries, oranges, sumatras, grapefruit.

conventional fertilizers, or other unnecessary chemicals on cattle or land. We produce our own fertilizer out of cow manure from our Jersey
cows. We do not use antibiotics on our cows except in the rare case of a life-threatening illness.Currently, our feed is grass-based and locally
grown here in Gilchrist County. We do supplement with free choice non-GMO Hay/alfalfa when the grass is poor. In addition, we offer free-choice
