Updates for September 2024
September brings with it cold weather winter crops, like kale, spinach,
some lettuces, peas, kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower,
leeks and early onions,
and from southern areas, like Florida and southern Texas,
strawberries, oranges, sumatras, grapefruit.

Drive north on Minton to Hield Road which is the next traffic
light. Drive west on Hield Road and look for our sign on your
left. RiverHouse Vineyard. We do not use pesticides on the
crops. Payment: Cash, Check. We usually have a Grape Stomp day
in mid-August. Call for an exact date and time. Several
varieties of muscadine grapes for eating and wine making. We
also sell a limited amount of delicious grape jelly. Quantity
discounts to wine makers. We pick or U-Pick. Open seasonally:

north of State Road 46, turn left onto Kelly Road (Mims Post
Office), follow Kelly Road (you'll go over 3 speed bumps), until
it dead ends into Cory Court. Turn right and take the 2nd
driveway on the right. Follow the drive to the back, you'll see
the barn there.
