April brings with it the Fall harvest of many crops, from
apples to many vegetables, and the ability to buy
locally, soon col weather crops, like spinach,
some lettuces, peas, kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, leeks and
early onions, plus fresh winter squash, pumpkins and moren.

(7:30 AM to 12:00 PM) beginning in mid-April through late
October at 2nd Street and Broadway in downtown Pittsburg. The
market accepts debit/credit cards, Vision cards, and senior
farmers' market program vouchers. Vendors have a variety of
in-season produce, as well as live plants, baked goods, jams and
jellies, arts and crafts, handmade soaps, and candles. The
